Test your QuickClock connection by using the instructions found below.
QuickClock Device Connection Test
- Connect your QuickClock Device to any open USB port on your computer. Once connected, the device indicator light will be red.
- Make sure the cursor is flashing in the textbox below. If it is not, click in the box with your mouse.
- Wave your proximity card over the device. If everything is working correctly, the device will beep once and the indicator light will flash green.
- The ID number assigned to the card will be displayed in the box below.
- If the device does nothing, it's likely the proximity card you are using is not compatible with the QuickClock device. Please contact us for more details.
